Gauge Calibration and Repair Services

When your gauges are due for calibration, send them to Kent Machine.

We will inspect your gauge and,

If it is found to be in tolerance, it will be returned to you with an ISO 17025 report.

If the gauge is found to be out of tolerance, you will be informed of the gauge’s condition and, if it is repairable, you can request a quote for repair or a quote for a new gauge.

Our in house manufacturing and heat treating capabilities allow us to react quickly and get your gauge back to you in a timely manner, minimizing any disruption to your manufacturing operations.

Specialty Capabilities

Kent Machine has in-house specialty Heat Treating and Cryogenic Freeze capabilities to insure the quickest turnaround, highest quality, and dimensional consistency for your gauging and checking equipment needs. Our on-site Cryogenic Freeze cycle in (-270°F) Liquid Nitrogen (HT>Draw>Freeze>Draw) stabilizes and stress relieves the material’s molecular structure for maintaining dimensional consistency during the final grinding process, likewise assuring only the tightest tolerances and finest surface finishes for the most precise gauges and inspection fixtures.
